All sponge rubber profiles are supplied with a normal, closed outer skin.

 To maintain accurate length measurements of the sponge rubber profiles are also available with string inlay. Again, the cross-sections of the profiles for the production capabilities are relevant. When required, we also supply in cut lengths and in closed rings. A large number of special cross-sections is established. Please help yourself to the figures.

 The minimum order quantities are available upon request.

 qualities:

 a) Normally Ships in EPDM grades.

     EPDM is an elastomer with excellent weather and ozone resistance.

     The thermal stability similar to that of chloroprene. the

     Resistance to oil, grease and solvents in natural rubber

     comparable.

 b) there are special requirements to oil and increased strength

     Weather resistance detected, we also supply foam rubber in

     Chloroprene (neoprene or nitrile).

 c) It is also possible to supply natural rubber quality.

 colors:

 All sponge rubber products are usually supplied in black. Deliveries in light gray and dark gray are partially available on request. Other colors are available only in exceptional cases, with price premiums available.

 tolerances:

 The dimensions of the sponge rubber profiles are given without tolerances.
